Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using the service.

この利用規約 (以下「本規約」) は、岩本健汰 (以下「当方」) が運営するオンライン動画サービス「Kenta Iwamoto Online」(以下「本サービス」) の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用する方 (以下「会員」) は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条 (サービスの内容)

本サービスは、当方が制作したグラップリング・柔術の技術解説動画を、月額課金制で配信するものです。会員は、有効な会員資格を持つ期間中、本サービス上で動画を視聴し、ノートやプレイリスト等の付随機能を利用できます。

第2条 (会員登録)

  • 会員登録には、氏名、メールアドレス、パスワードの登録が必要です。登録情報は正確かつ最新の内容としてください。
  • 18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得た上で登録してください。
  • アカウントは登録した本人のみが使用できます。ログイン情報の管理は会員の責任で行い、第三者に共有・貸与しないでください。

第3条 (料金と支払い)

  • 料金は本サービス上に表示する月額料金とします。表示価格には消費税等の適用される税金を含みます。
  • 支払いはクレジットカードにより、決済代行サービス (Stripe) を通じて行います。当方はカード番号を保持しません。
  • 会員資格は1か月ごとに自動更新され、更新日に翌月分の料金が自動的に請求されます。
  • 当方は料金を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、適用の少なくとも30日前までにメールまたは本サービス上で通知します。

第4条 (解約と返金)

  • 会員はいつでもアカウントページから解約できます。解約後も、支払済みの期間の末日までは視聴できます。
  • デジタルコンテンツの性質上、支払済みの料金は原則として返金しません (日割り返金も行いません)。ただし、当方の責めに帰すべき事由により本サービスを提供できなかった場合、および法令上返金が必要な場合はこの限りではありません。

第5条 (禁止事項)

会員は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 動画の録画、ダウンロード、複製、画面収録、転載、再配信、販売
  • ログイン情報の共有、アカウントの譲渡・貸与
  • 本サービスの内容を営利目的で第三者の指導に用いる等、当方が許諾していない態様での利用
  • フォーラム等での誹謗中傷、他者の権利侵害、法令または公序良俗に反する投稿
  • 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、不正アクセス、技術的保護手段の回避

違反があった場合、当方は事前の通知なくアカウントを停止または削除することがあります。この場合、支払済みの料金は返金しません。

第6条 (知的財産権)

本サービス上の動画、文章、画像その他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。会員には、個人的な学習目的に限り、会員期間中に本サービス上で視聴する非独占的な権利のみが許諾されます。

第7条 (会員の投稿)

会員がフォーラムやノート等に投稿した内容の権利は会員に帰属しますが、会員は当方に対し、本サービスの運営に必要な範囲でこれを表示・保存・複製する権利を無償で許諾するものとします。当方は、本規約に反する投稿を削除することがあります。

第8条 (免責事項)

  • グラップリング・柔術は身体的な接触を伴い、怪我のリスクがあるスポーツです。本サービスの動画は技術の解説であり、会員は自身の体調、経験、練習環境を考慮し、必要に応じて指導者の監督のもと、自己の責任で練習してください。
  • 当方は、本サービスの利用により会員に生じた怪我その他の損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  • 当方は、本サービスが常に中断なく利用できること、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。
  • 当方が会員に対して損害賠償責任を負う場合、その範囲は、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、会員が損害発生時点までの直近1か月間に当方に支払った料金の額を上限とします。消費者契約法その他の法令により制限できない責任はこの限りではありません。

第9条 (サービスの変更・中断・終了)

当方は、動画の追加・差し替え・削除、機能の変更、メンテナンスによる一時的な中断を行うことがあります。本サービスを終了する場合は、少なくとも30日前までに会員に通知します。終了日以降の期間について既に支払われた料金があるときは、その期間分を返金します。

第10条 (個人情報)

会員の個人情報は、別に定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

第11条 (本規約の変更)

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上での表示またはメールにより事前に通知します。変更後に会員が本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第12条 (準拠法と管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関して当方と会員の間で紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Kenta Iwamoto Online (the "Service"), an online video service operated by Kenta Iwamoto ("we", "us"). By using the Service you (the "Member") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides grappling and jiu-jitsu instructional videos produced by us on a monthly subscription basis. While your membership is active you may watch the videos on the Service and use related features such as notes and playlists.

2. Accounts

  • You must register with your name, email address and a password, and keep this information accurate.
  • If you are under 18, register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Your account is for your personal use only. Keep your login details secure and do not share or lend them to anyone.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The fee is the monthly price displayed on the Service, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is by credit card through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
  • Your membership renews automatically every month, and the next month's fee is charged on the renewal date.
  • We may change the fee. We will notify you by email or on the Service at least 30 days before a change takes effect.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Because the content is digital, fees already paid are not refunded and are not prorated, except where we were unable to provide the Service for reasons attributable to us, or where a refund is required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • record, download, copy, screen-capture, repost, redistribute or sell the videos;
  • share your login details or transfer or lend your account;
  • use the content in ways we have not authorised, such as commercial instruction of third parties;
  • post abusive, infringing or unlawful content in the forum or elsewhere;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorised access, or circumvent technical protection measures.

If you breach these Terms we may suspend or delete your account without notice, and fees already paid will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, text, images and other content on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only a non-exclusive right to watch the content on the Service for personal learning during your membership.

7. Member Content

You keep the rights to what you post in the forum, notes and similar features. You grant us a free licence to display, store and copy it to the extent needed to operate the Service. We may remove posts that breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

  • Grappling and jiu-jitsu involve physical contact and carry a risk of injury. The videos are technical instruction. Train at your own risk, taking into account your condition, experience and training environment, and under the supervision of a qualified coach where appropriate.
  • We are not liable for injury or other loss arising from your use of the Service except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
  • Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the one month before the loss arose, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence or where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes, Interruption and Termination of the Service

We may add, replace or remove videos, change features, and interrupt the Service temporarily for maintenance. If we discontinue the Service we will give Members at least 30 days' notice and refund any fees already paid for the period after the closing date.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in advance on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising from the Service.

Effective: 6 September 2026. The Japanese version of these Terms prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
