Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.

岩本健汰 (以下「当方」) は、オンライン動画サービス「Kenta Iwamoto Online」(以下「本サービス」) における会員の個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令に従い、以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

  • 会員登録時にご提供いただく情報: 氏名、メールアドレス、パスワード (暗号化して保存)
  • 決済に関する情報: 決済代行サービス (Stripe) が処理します。当方はカード番号を取得・保存しません。当方が受け取るのは、決済の成否、請求の履歴、カードの下4桁等の限られた情報です。
  • 利用状況に関する情報: 視聴履歴、視聴の進捗、ノート、プレイリスト、フォーラムへの投稿
  • お問い合わせの内容
  • 技術情報: IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時、Cookie等の識別子

2. 利用目的

  • 本サービスの提供、会員の認証、視聴環境の維持
  • 料金の請求と決済の処理
  • お問い合わせへの対応、重要なお知らせ (料金・規約の変更等) の送付
  • 不正利用の防止とセキュリティの確保
  • 利用状況の分析による本サービスの改善

3. 第三者への提供と委託

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスの運営のため、以下の事業者に業務を委託し、必要な範囲で情報を取り扱わせています。これらの事業者の一部は日本国外 (米国等) に所在します。

  • 決済処理: Stripe
  • 動画配信: 動画配信サービス事業者
  • サーバー・ネットワーク基盤: Cloudflare
  • メール送信、アクセス解析 (Google Analytics 等)

4. Cookie等の利用

本サービスは、ログイン状態の維持、言語設定の記憶、利用状況の分析のために Cookie および類似の技術を利用します。ブラウザの設定で Cookie を無効にできますが、その場合、本サービスの一部が利用できないことがあります。

5. 保存期間

個人情報は、会員資格が存続する間および利用目的の達成に必要な期間保存します。アカウントが削除された場合、法令上保存が必要な情報 (取引記録等) を除き、合理的な期間内に削除します。

6. 開示・訂正・削除等の請求

会員は、自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止を請求できます。アカウントページから登録情報の変更、データの書き出し、アカウントの削除ができるほか、お問い合わせページ（メール: yoevil.kenta@gmail.com）からもご請求いただけます。本人確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。

7. 安全管理

当方は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい等を防止するため、通信の暗号化、パスワードのハッシュ化、アクセス制限等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

8. 未成年者の情報

18歳未満の方の登録には保護者の同意が必要です。保護者の同意なく登録されたことが判明した場合、当該情報を削除します。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上での表示またはメールにより通知します。

Kenta Iwamoto ("we", "us") handles the personal data of Members of Kenta Iwamoto Online (the "Service") as described below, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide when registering: name, email address and password (stored hashed).
  • Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store card numbers. We receive only limited information such as whether a payment succeeded, billing history and the last four digits of the card.
  • Usage information: watch history, progress, notes, playlists and forum posts.
  • The content of your enquiries.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, access times, cookies and similar identifiers.

2. How We Use It

  • To provide the Service, authenticate you and keep the viewing experience working.
  • To bill you and process payments.
  • To respond to enquiries and send important notices such as changes to fees or terms.
  • To prevent misuse and keep the Service secure.
  • To analyse usage and improve the Service.

3. Sharing and Processors

We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent except where required by law. We use the following providers to operate the Service, some of which are located outside Japan (for example in the United States):

  • Payment processing: Stripe
  • Video delivery: a video delivery provider
  • Hosting and network infrastructure: Cloudflare
  • Email delivery and analytics (such as Google Analytics)

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your language setting and analyse usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may then not work.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your membership is active and as needed for the purposes above. When an account is deleted we remove the data within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep by law (such as transaction records).

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop using it. You can update your details, export your data and delete your account from your account page, or contact us through the contact page (email: yoevil.kenta@gmail.com). We will verify your identity and respond without undue delay as required by law.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and leakage, including encrypted connections, password hashing and access controls.

8. Minors

Members under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that an account was created without such consent we will delete the data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you on the Service or by email.

Effective: 6 September 2026. The Japanese version of this policy prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
